Where it started:
Tanya Eldert purchased Sugar Bomb Desserts & Ice Cream in early 2026. From day one she set out to modernize the shop — updating its look and making her menu more accessible to every customer who walked in.
The problem she kept running into was familiar: customers at the case asking about ingredients, allergens, and nutritional info. The answer was always a binder or a printed sheet. There had to be a better way.

We handle the setup, you handle the food!
Flavor, Bakery & Menu Item Pages: Each flavor of ice cream, type of baked good, or item on your menu gets its own page branded to your business. The page can include nutritional & allergen information, photo, and a description. We host these pages, and you can easily add a link to and from your existing site. (If you don't have a good website, we may be able to help you with that as well.)
Your Code to Use Multiple Places: The pages provide your products information, branded to you! You can use the codes on your packaging, display cases, outside menus, and links within your own website.
Always Up to Date: When your menu changes, just submit a short form. We'll have new menu items live within 2 business days. We then email you the QR code, as a png, for you to use on your menus, cases, or packages.
Optional: Printed Labels: We will create a customized label for your display cases and send them to you. You can either pick them up at your nearest Walgreens or CVS or we will ship them to you for a small fee. During the setup process we provide you with easy to slip in sleeves to change out products.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Scoops POP?
Not at all. With the Scoops POP Program, you never need to touch the tech side at all for the flavors and labels, just submit a simple form and we handle everything from building your flavor pages to getting your labels to Walgreens. Your job is running your shop. The CRM and social media posting software is there if you choose to use it, but you don't have to, or your admin team can help you for a low hourly rate.
If you're on the Self-Serve Plan, we give you a simple login, and short video tutorials that walk you through managing your own updates at your own pace. We also provide the site and Canva templates and step-by-step instructions so you can handle labels yourself. And if you ever get stuck or just want to hand something off, our admin team is available by the hour, no retainer or long-term commitment required.
What happens when I add a new flavor?
Just submit the form with the new flavor and supplier and we build the page and send your new QR label to your nearest Walgreens within one business day. Removing a flavor? Just let us know and we will update your main flavor menu as well. Our team will handle this for part of the program's monthly fee.
If you have the Self Serve Plan, you login and follow the step-by-step tutorials to add a new flavor page yourself. We will provide you with the webpage & Canva templates along with instructions on how to go through the process. Prefer to hand it off? We're happy to handle it for you at our standard hourly rate and bill you monthly.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No contracts, no long-term commitments. Scoops POP runs month to month. If it's not working for you, you can cancel anytime. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
What if I'm not an ice cream shop, can I still use this?
Absolutely. Any business with a rotating display of products that customers want to know more about is a great fit, like gelato shops, bakeries, donut shops, cheese counters, specialty food stores, and more. If your customers stand in front of a case and ask questions, Scoops POP was built for you. In some cases, if we can not access a distributor's website or graphics, you may need to provide us with graphics for your product pages.
